I’m Pierce McManus, a storyteller and digital producer based in Washington, DC. If you saw me on Stories from the Stage, thanks for finding your way here. If we haven’t met yet, welcome.
On stage, I tell stories from my own life and co-host Perfect Liars Club at the DC Improv. Four storytellers. Three true stories. One lie. You ask the questions.
Online, I create interactive stories about history, culture, and innovation for the U.S. Department of State. That work draws on more than 25 years of storytelling and communications experience—from museums and international aid to one of the country’s leading advertising agencies.
I also help people and organizations shape their stories—for live audiences, digital experiences, or presentations. Have something in mind? Let’s talk.
